Rocket Kapre – Fantastic Filipino Speculative Fiction

My first article on the recently concluded 6th Komikon is now up on the POC. It’s a general overview of my impressions of the event (not focused on the komiks content, that comes later) with a video of the last ten minutes of the second Sulyap contributors panel with Rommel Estanislao, Tepai Pascual, Macoy Tang, and Josel Nicolas. (Man, I wish some other enterprising soul recorded the panels at conventions… I think a repository of the words and experiences of creators is just as vital as an archive for the komiks themselves.)
